What’s the Serenata Shuffle?

Choose your adventure—a timed 5K or a leisurely 1-Mile Fun Run—as we celebrate the magic of music along Boise’s scenic Greenbelt. The race begins and ends at Veterans Memorial Park, where you’ll be serenaded by live performances from Serenata Orchestra musicians stationed along the route. Keep your eyes on the prize (literally) as you chase the Maestro for a chance to win exclusive raffle prizes!

Who is Serenata Orchestra?

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community orchestra with a mission to enrich the lives of our members and audiences while inspiring a lifelong passion for music. We proudly offer four engaging, lively, and family-friendly concerts each year—completely free of charge—to the citizens of the Treasure Valley.

While our concerts are free to attend, producing them comes with significant costs. Expenses such as rehearsal space, concert venues, music acquisition, and other essentials add up throughout the year. To support these efforts, in 2025, we introduced our annual fundraiser, the Serenata Shuffle, which is a 5-kilometer and 1-mile run/walk event.
